From Friction to Flight

In Science, Year 5 began exploring the fascinating world of forces! We were thrilled to welcome a scientist from Imperial College who showed us how to use simple materials to build a flying hopter experiment. By applying friction and rapid movement, we launched our hopters into the air, an exciting hands-on way to learn how forces like motion and energy work in real life!
