“I am the Good Shepherd; I know my own and my own know me”. John 10:14"
In Spain El dia los Reyes (Epiphany) takes place on the 6th January, tradition has it that the Three Kings, los Reyes Mago, are the ones who bring children their presents on the morning of the 6th January. It is tradition to have a special dessert called Roscon de Reyes, or King's Cake. Please enjoy some photos of when Key Stage 2 made their own Kings Cake.
Carla was excited to share with her class her family's Spanish Christmas tradition. Through a great presentation, they learnt about what Christmas time is like in Spain, and why 6th January is such a celebration.
