In Autumn 2, Year 6 completed a term of swimming at Latymer Upper School which they really enjoyed.
During Autumn 1, Year 6 have been building on their movement and agility skills through dodgeball drills in our weekly sessions. They have also developed their teamwork skills and fitness.
During Autumn 1, Year 5 have been working hard to develop their basketball skills including: shooting, dribbling, defending, rebounding, and passing in our weekly PE sessions.
Year 5 completed the bikability course.
Year 4 have been developing their shooting, dribbling, defending, rebounding, and passing skills this half term, developing key knowledge on how to succeed in a game of basketball.
During Autumn 1, Year 4 have been developing Their throwing, catching, movement and agility skills through dodgeball in our weekly sessions. We really enjoy playing games as part of a team.
Year 3 have been exploring Sportshall Athletics. The pupils have been following The Sportshall Primary Programme, which provides an exciting and highly popular introduction to athletics competition. Pupils have been developing their Standing Long Jump Skills, Speed Bounce, Push Throw, Vertical Jumps and many more.
During Autumn 1, Year 3 have been dancing in their PE lessons. Pupils have been exploring dance through the theme of weather. Each week pupils have been creating dance sequences linked to different types of weather and environments.
