Welcome
On behalf of everyone here at the Good Shepherd, I would like to welcome you to our website. This website is a window into what we do and what we are about. After browsing through, you will hopefully have gained a picture of life at the Good Shepherd. We are a vibrant, Catholic primary school, which offers every child, regardless of their starting point or ability, the opportunities that they are divinely entitled to. As the head teacher, it is my mission to ensure that we educate the 'whole child'. We do this by offering an exciting, creative curriculum that captures the children's imagination and inspires them. We search for excellence in everything we do; this is driven by our collective belief that each child, through the help of the Holy Spirit, is capable of great things.
We are a strong, caring, Catholic community; one body made up of many parts. Our children are a delight; they love to come to school and learn, and we are fortunate to have the goodwill and co-operation of their parents. The staff at the Good Shepherd are dedicated and committed, and our governing body play an integral role in our success; acting as the 'critical friend', they challenge and support us to ensure that we are always ahead of the curve.
The Good Shepherd has been at the forefront of primary education in West London for many years and will continue to stay there, as well as being a shining example of God’s love in the community.
